Beefnutrition is brought to you by America’s Beef Producers through the Cattlemen's Beef Board and State Beef Councils.  The Cattlemen's Beef Board comprises cattle producers and importers who direct the national Beef Checkoff Program, with oversight from USDA.  Beefnutrition is managed by the National Cattlemen's Beef Association which develops and implements checkoff programs on behalf of the Beef Board and state beef councils.  Producer-directed and consumer-focused, the National Cattlemen's Beef Association is the trade association of America's cattle farmers and ranchers.

State Beef Councils

 

The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association works collaboratively with its partners at the state level.  There are state beef councils in 45 states, and they may offer free materials and assistance to health professionals in their states.  Most of the educational materials on beefnutrition have been developed as a result of this partnership.
